Service Description: These data contain selected census tract level life expectancy, socio-demographic and health outcome indicators (estimates) from the 2014-2018 American Community Survey, Colorado Hospital Association, and CDPHE Birth and Death Datasets. Selected indicators were downloaded and organized for this map by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Polygon geometry assembled directly using the US Census 2010 Tiger Census Tract Shapefile.
